Let’s be real here…
You are not going to drop two jean sizes in a day.
You are not going to lose fifty pounds in a month.
You are not going to totally sculpt and reshape your body in six weeks.
You are going to binge every now and then.
You will miss/skip workouts here and there.
Your weight will fluctuate…DAILY.
You’ll try new techniques and, sometimes, they’ll work—but, often—they won’t.
You are going to fail.
YOU ARE GOING TO SUCCEED!
Take a deep breath.
Bad days are inevitable, but you just have to keep on going…
It’s not going to be easy, but you WILL get there—in time—And, in the end, it will all be worth it!
There’s an old saying that goes, “If it was easy, everyone would do it”—No they wouldn’t! Not for a second!
BUT, If it was easy…it wouldn’t be worth it.
Nothing worth having ever comes easy—Nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles—The road to success is not paved with “perfection”. Rather, it is paved with the ability to constantly overcome adversity and failure, the ability to get back up whenever you’re knocked down, the ability to move forward when you’ve been pushed back, and the ability to prove to YOURSELF that you can do what others said you couldn’t—The road to success is paved with persistence and marked with dedication.
Consequently, you are responsible for paving your own road, and you ARE capable of success.
